Horizon Air Celebrates New Flagstaff/Grand Canyon Service With Double Miles...

Horizon Air offers twice-daily nonstop service from Los Angeles to Flagstaff Pulliam Airport. Horizon Air is offering passengers with Horizon Air/Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan frequent flier program accounts Double Miles on the route through 31 August 2008.

Recently, Seattle-based Horizon Air Industries, Inc. awarded their Flagstaff ground and passenger handling services contract to Wiseman Aviation Wiseman Aviation staff performs all airline terminal functions for Horizon Air from passenger ticketing and check-in, to baggage handling, deicing, fueling and providing unscheduled maintenance. 

Horizon Air Selects Wiseman Aviation: Contract Creates Local Jobs  

Seattle-based Horizon Air Industries, Inc. has awarded their Flagstaff Pulliam Airport ground and passenger handling services contract to Wiseman Aviation, Inc. of Flagstaff. Horizon Air is to began scheduled passenger service between Flagstaff and the Los Angeles International airport on June 23, 2008 and offers two flights daily.  

Wiseman Aviation staff performs all airline terminal functions for Horizon Air from passenger ticketing and check-in, to baggage handling, deicing, fueling and providing unscheduled maintenance.  

Wiseman Aviation has been providing aviation products and services at the Flagstaff Pulliam airport for over nine years and operates multiple locations in Arizona. The Horizon Air contract resulted in a significant increase to Wiseman’s staffing and created the need to hire additional employees.
